Originally from Nigeria, Umar moved to the United States to study at South Dakota State University, earning his Bachelor’s degree and setting a foundation for his future. His desire to lead and serve then took him to the United States Army, where he forged discipline and integrity. While stationed overseas, Umar met his wife, Miriam, forming a partnership that would be the bedrock of his future success.

After completing his military service, Umar channeled his vision into entrepreneurship, founding Great Choice Vending LLC and Home Quest Solutions LLC. Under his leadership, both companies grew into multimillion-dollar ventures known for innovation, luxury, and customer satisfaction. These achievements, alongside his role as a dedicated husband and father to two sons, reflect his exceptional ability to balance family, ambition, and responsibility.

Coming from the royal family of Joseph and Ann Omorodion of the Edo Empire, Michael developed his talent early on in art, acting, and modeling, honing his skill for storytelling and cultural expression.

With a dual foundation in Business and Theology, Michael earned two bachelor’s degrees in Nigeria and master’s degrees in the U.S., equipping him with a powerful blend of leadership and faith. His current role as a U.S. Army chaplain underscores his dedication to service and community, guiding fellow service members with integrity.

In 2019, he and his wife co-founded Taste and Tell, a culinary venture that expanded into 30 locations across the U.S., exemplifying his drive and entrepreneurial acumen. Now, as AfroFlame’s CMO, Michael brings his heritage, creativity, and business success to a brand that celebrates African culture, connecting and inspiring a global community. His leadership transforms AfroFlame’s vision into a movement for cultural pride and connection.

Born and raised in Germany, Miriam began her professional journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, driven by a passion for building strong foundations and guiding development. This commitment to growth and excellence led her to Houston, Texas, where she served as Director at KinderCare Education for four years, honing her skills in leadership, operations, and organizational management.

In 2020, Miriam transitioned into the world of business as Managing Director for Great Choice Vending and Home Quest Solutions, where her impact was transformative. Miriam steered both companies to substantial revenue growth, driving profits to millions of dollars while expertly overseeing daily operations. Her meticulous approach to maintaining financial records and conducting performance audits became crucial to the companies’ success, making her an invaluable asset in strategic financial management and cost optimization.
